Order processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Adjustable, personalised, or pre-order items follow the lead time stated on the product page. Tracking is provided after dispatch where available.

International shipping and charges

Available destinations, estimated delivery, and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Import duty, VAT, customs clearance, or remote-area charges are generally the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.

Address and delivery

Please confirm the recipient name, phone number, postcode, and address before ordering. Additional shipping costs may apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unpaid local charges.

Return requests

Except for personalised, used, worn, burned, or otherwise non-resalable goods, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return, unless local law provides a longer period. Do not send a parcel back before receiving return instructions.

Damage, errors, and refunds

For damage, missing items, or an incorrect item, email the order number plus packaging and product photographs to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection; bank processing times vary.
